We have acted for investors, developers and housebuilders in acquiring development opportunities of all types. We have acquired sites from single dwellings up to several hundreds of units predominantly across the SE and SW of the UK but with a number of successes in the Midlands and slightly further afield. In virtually all cases, we have achieved these acquisitions in ‘off market’ situations. We take the time to understand our clients detailed requirements and make we sure we strive to present them with the best opportunities. We generally operate a discreet and efficient service for our clients to provide the best opportunity to successfully acquire the opportunity in what is an ever expanding and over-crowded marketplace.
Land Disposals
We have acted for numerous private and commercial landowners to successfully sell their asset. Whether it be a full marketing campaign or a more low-key sale, we can tailor the service to suit. We take time to appraise the site so that we can advise the marketplace most likely to attract the very best price and most efficient means of disposal.
